If you're in need of a personalized design or wish to include specific details like your floor/unit/district on one of our existing products, you're in the right place. Simply fill out the form below with a detailed explanation of what you have in mind, and we'll work diligently to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities.

When requesting a custom crewneck, please make sure to specify:

  1. Hospital
  2. Color of the letters
  3. Discipline(s) to include on the back
  4. Floor/unit exactly how you would like it typed
  5. Placement of the floor/unit (wrist or sleeve)

    Order Process
  1. Email Us/Request page to coordinate your design.
  2. Finalize Design & Garment choice.
  3. DWDS Sends Order Link — We can collect individual orders or arrange a large group order.
  4. Order Window Closes & Production Begins.

Shipping Options:

  • Individual Orders: Shipped directly to you
  • Group Orders: Pick up from our shop in Dorchester.
